The Seventh Session of the Project MEDAL AGES. 2018 17.12.2018 The latest 13th edition of the of the MSSS permanent project in 2018 named "MEDAL AGES" is finishing with the last medal session "Art Deco".
In the seventh sessions of the project this year took part about 230 authors and for the past 13 years are presented about 2990 medals. |

Photography exhibition "History in Coins - Coins in History" 28.08.2018 The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation with financial support from UniCredit Bank prepared a permanent photo exhibition “History in Coins – Coins in History”. Opening day of the exhibition is September 3, 2018. The exhibition will be held in the atrium of the Financial University. |

Exhibition "”The Bronze Horseman”. Stories of the pedestal" in the Vernadsky State Geological Museum 07.06.2018 Three medals from the collection of the Pushkin Museum featured in an exhibition "”The Bronze Horseman”. Stories of the pedestal". The exhibition is held in the Vernadsky State Geological Museums in Moscow until June 29th. Two of the medals are dedicated to the transportation of a monolith to St. Petersburg. One another is dedicated to the opening of the monument to Emperor Peter the Great, known throughout the world as the "Bronze Horseman", was struck in 1782. |
